There are a few houses in Taman Supreme being renovated.
One at Jalan 5/98, two at Jalan 4/98 and one at Jalan Jintan Manis.
Sub-sales of these houses have picked up especially after the floods at Taman Sri Muda and Old Klang Road. People are interested in non flood prone areas like Taman Supreme.
To some extent, our freehold properties have appreciated in value. Some link house properties owners here have begun asking for RM 1 million selling prices.
Can these prices be sustainable? I wonder.
