This GOTONG ROYONG is carried out before Chinese New Year.

ZERO CRIME AND BREAKINS AT TAMAN SUPREME 2025

At our recent TSRA AGM, residents were informed that in 2025, no CRIME, BREAKINS or robbery were reported.

Our TAMAN with her only entrance , exit and security managed to prevent BREAKINS by petty thieves and strangers.

Overall security of our TAMAN was maintained over the years which has become a selling point of our TAMAN as a safe and secure residential garden.

Besides higher selling prices of our houses,

Taman rental of these houses has gone up.

Our TAMAN has about 220 houses with about 24 shophouses, if on average each house is about RM 1 million each, our TAMAN is valued at about RM 220,000,000.

TAMAN CONNAUGHT BIG DEVELOPMENT COMING SOON

Our Cheras area will get more congestion in the future with new real estate development being planned by developers.

KUALA LUMPUR: Chin Hin Group Property Bhd has signed a development agreement worth RM103 million for a new residential project in Taman Connaught here.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the agreement was signed between its unit Avion Connaught Sdn Bhd and Grand Uptown Sdn Bhd, which owns the land.

Under the deal, Avion Connaught will develop a 99-year leasehold parcel measuring about 20,330 square metres into a residential project with condominiums, retail shops and parking facilities.

Chin Hin said it will pay a reimbursement sum of RM103 million to Grand Uptown and will have full rights to design, develop, sell and manage the project.

The development, with an estimated gross development value of RM1.15 billion, is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and be completed by the second quarter of 2031.
