ACCESS CARD FORMS BEING DISTRIBUTED TO RESIDENTS

Please be advised the forms for the future issuance of the access cards to members of TSRA are being distributed by our respective road reps.

Members must fill up these forms and give back these forms to your road reps for processing.

After processing has been completed will only the access cards be given to registered members.

Please be patient as the administrative work can be tedious.

Residents who have not signed up as TSRA members are encouraged to do so immediately so as to enjoy the automatic entry system with the future.

ROAD MARKINGS AND SIDE CEMENT BARRIERS HAVE NOT BEEN PAINTED

Since end of September 2019, we have been  testing the third lane auto gate barrier system.

Unfortunately, the road markings and side cement barrier have not been painted. Next week, it is the month of November already.

Also, red background against black letters signages cannot be seen at night.

These signs are better if they are painted on yellow background with black letters.

TESTING IN AND EXIT BOOM GATES

This evening, TSRA tested the In and Exit boom gates.

The access card system was also tested with the wireless access card.

Residents with access cards to be issued soon  must ensure that their cars when coming in or going out must wait for the boom gates to come down first.

The boom gates will open after the first car has passed and come down automatically before the next car can come in or exit.

GUARD HOUSE THIS MORNING

2 main boom gates have been installed.

Our guard house boom gates except the 3rd boom gate, are in operation since last night.

NEW GUARD HOUSE NEARLY DONE

Our Taman new guard house is nearly done.

It has been painted over last week and now electrical wiring is currently being installed.

We have now made a third lane. 2 lanes for entry and one lane for exit.

Residents who have paid their maintenance fees will be issued with access card.

Residents and visitors who do not have their access cards must register at our guard house before being allowed to enter our Taman.

With our new gated and guarded system implemented, property prices in our Tamanare expected to rise in the future.

Windows and door have been installed.

Very soon, the boom gates and CCTV cameras will be reinstalled.

The guard house is still being plastered today.

Still need to be painted first before the lights, CCTVs and boom gates to be installed, tested and commissioned.
