ANOTHER PROPOSED PROJECT AT JALAN JINTAN MANIS

Besides the proposed project at Jalan 1/98, there is another proposed project at Jalan Jintan Manis.

This is a 2 x 46 storeys condo with more than 500 units and some landed properties.

If both projects are to take place, the current environment of our Taman will be affected indefinitely.

We urged all residents to stand together to oppose these projects.

BREAKING NEWS....... BREAKING NEWS...... BREAKING NEWS

Our Taman residents received a shocking news today. DBKL posted an official notice in UTUSAN, NST, Sin Chew newspaper seeking views and residents who oppose this new 26 storeys condo within our Taman. Last date of opposition to this project is 3.11.2016.
They want to increase the current density of 60 persons per acre to 121 persons per acre in our Taman. NB Do you want that?
Everyone living in our Taman has their right to oppose or Agee on this project. We understand our TSRA may bring forward our scheduled AGM from 5.11.2016 to a earlier date so that this urgent issue can be discussed before we submit our decision. All residents should come forward to this AGM and voice out their opinion. See you at our TSRA AGMYour support is vital on this matter.

TSRA MID AUTUMN FESTIVAL ON 24.9.2016

Our TSRA celebrated the Mid Autumn Festival (Moon cake) yesterday. More than 100 residents join the celebration.

Children with lanterns

The young, mid age and elderly came to enjoy the dinner pot luck and the children took part in a lighted lantern walk around our Taman.

This festival was held annually as one of the community project within our Taman so that residents can mingle and get to know one another on a casual basis.

It is also to foster a sense of neighbourliness and to generate a sense of belonging in our Taman.

The organising committee of this event will like to thank DBKL for their tents and chairs, Supreme Fresh for their fruits especially the water melon baskets and residents who supported the event by donating home cooked dishes like mee growing, fried meehoon, curries and other delicious dishes.

Our heartfelt thanks to all who have assisted in one way or another in making this a successful event.
