As our Taman 3rd. lane access has been completed, hopefully cars do not park or obstruct free access to the residents lane.

The road markings at the guardhouse are almost done.

Our guard house road markings are being done today. Even the work started yesterday, it has to stop because of rain in the afternoon.

After the markings, the the residents access cards can be distributed.

A new start for the new year 2020.

WHY THE ROAD MARKINGS AND CEMENT ROADSIDES ARE NOT PAINTED

It has been 1.5 months since the guard house boom gates have been completed.

Since then, only the new black against yellow background signages have been changed.

As the person in charge of the construction of the new guard house insisted that the road markings have not been painted, access cards for residents cannot be issued until the markings are painted.

This was 1.5 months ago. Residents are getting impatient at this stalling method.

So, when can the final job be done? 2020 I wonder?

SIGNAGES CHANGED TO BLACK WORDS AGAINST YELLOW BACKGROUND

From today, the guard house signages have been changed to black words against yellow background.

By doing so, these sign ages are easier to read fro a distance.

We are still waiting for the road lining and side concrete road sides to be painted.
