A new cafe named Roy King Signature Kitchen has opened at Taman Supreme in August 2022.

Located on the first floor of a shop house at Jalan Jintan Manis. 

Now, our residents can savior their food there.

WEEKEND TSRA COMMUNITY BAZAAR?

To foster a sense of community within our Taman Supreme, maybe our TSRA can organise a weekend community bazaar.

Residents can rent a table to sell their old books, utensils and even redundant furniture, TVs you do not need.

KUALA LUMPUR: Maxim Global Bhd has the Residensi Maxim Risen, a high-rise property development at Taman Desa Aman in Cheras, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM562mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said Maxim Risen is strategically located within a matured township in Cheras, which is well-connected with various major roadways, making accessibility convenient.

"This project is surrounded by various amenities, a healthcare centre and prestigious schools, and also within walking distance to EkoCheras Mall, Cheras Leisure Mall and Taman Mutiara MRT station,” it said.

Maxim Risen is an apartment suite, built on a leasehold land size of 2.60 acres. The two-block apartment will have 1,236 units in total, with prices ranging from RM321,000 to RM513,000

MORE INTEREST IN TAMAN SUPREME HOUSES?

There are a few houses in Taman Supreme being renovated.  

One at Jalan 5/98, two at Jalan 4/98 and one at Jalan Jintan Manis.

Sub-sales of these houses have picked up especially after the floods at Taman Sri Muda and Old Klang Road. People are interested in non flood prone areas like Taman Supreme. 

To some extent,  our freehold properties have appreciated in value. Some link house properties owners here have begun asking for RM 1 million selling prices. 

Can these prices be sustainable?  I wonder. 

TNB CHANGING TO SMART METERS

New TNB Smart meter

TNB recently sent Notice to our Taman residents that they are changing our old TNB electric meters to smart electric meters free of charge.

TNB personnel visited my house this morning to replace the old meters installed in 1996 with newer ones. Just took about 20 minutes.

Smart meters will allow our meter readings to be sent online to TNB via the Internet. 

By doing so, human meter readers need not come to read your electric meters monthly.
