The first TSRA event for 2025 will be our annual Gotong Royong before the Chinese New Year. Spring cleaning for our Taman.

Hope all residents young and old can come for this community event.

TSRA invites all residents to participate in the 2025 GOTONG ROYONG. Your co-operation is important to maintain a clean and healthy environment in Taman Supreme.

 Date: 11.1. 2025 (Saturday)

Time: 8.30 am

Meeting Point: Pusat Komuniti, Persatuan Penduduk Taman Supreme

Light breakfast will be provided.

Activities: Roads and drains clean-up, clearing weeds and rubbish, collection of disposed items

Assisted by: DBKL and Alam Flora workers

Note: As per DBKL GUIDELINES – items that can be recycled will NOT be collected for disposal. Residents are responsible to dispose these items themselves. They should assist DBKL/Alam Flora workers to load iitems onto the lorries.

GOODBYE 2024 AND WE WELCOME 2025

As the year 2024 draws to a close in a few days time, we want to express our sincere gratitude and best wishes to all for the coming New Year 2025.

May the New Year brings you good fortune and happiness.

ANOTHER WATER LEAK AT JALAN 5/98

There was a water leak at Jalan 5/98 yesterday which disrupted water supply in our Taman. 

Luckily,  the speedy action taken by AirSelangor contractor repaired it imto the night .

Water was restored at about 11.00pm last night. 

Syabas to AirSelangor for their works. 

SOLAR POWERED DUAL WEBCAMS FOR TAMAN

Solared powered dual webcams can be placed around our Taman.

They can be placed around the junctions and by using the apps, residents can watch our Taman just using their handphones.

I have installed a set yesterday to watch over my porch and the junction near my road.

TAMAN SUPREME RESIDENCES BREAKDOWN

Listed here is the house population within our Taman Supreme according to the respective roads and type of premises.

10 houses within 222 premises are unoccupied currently.

It will be good if we can get details of houses are owner occupied or being rented out to tenants.

We can assume 75% of the houses as owner occupied (165 houses), 20% tenanted ( 44 houses) and 5% unoccupied.

Assuming 210 premises are occupied with 3 persons, estimated human population is around 630 persons. 

Estimated car population is around 2-3 cars per household,  total number of cars is around 420-630 units. 

Take note, I have not added in the residents living in the high rise apartment within our Taman.

TSRA AGM ON SATURDAY 12.10.24

Our TSRA Annual General Meeting is to be held next week on Saturday, 12.10.2024 at 10.00 am. All residents are invited to attend.

       Outgoing TSRA Management committee.

PROPOSED MRT 3 CIRCLE LINE PROJECT

My MRT is currently doing a public feedback on their proposed MRT 3 Circle project. Depending route alignment and land acquisition, this project can be ready by 2032.

There is Taman Cheras station which is good for our residents around the area.

TSRA GATEWAY COMPLETED

Seems our TSRA Gateway has been completed today. 

This is how it looks like.

TSRA committee decided to construct our TSRA Gateway recently.

Gateway is being constructed. Hopefully it will be a good design. 

EATING PLACES AT TAMAN CHERAS
