TESTING IN AND EXIT BOOM GATES

This evening, TSRA tested the In and Exit boom gates.

The access card system was also tested with the wireless access card.

Residents with access cards to be issued soon  must ensure that their cars when coming in or going out must wait for the boom gates to come down first.

The boom gates will open after the first car has passed and come down automatically before the next car can come in or exit.

NEW GUARD HOUSE NEARLY DONE

Our Taman new guard house is nearly done.

It has been painted over last week and now electrical wiring is currently being installed.

We have now made a third lane. 2 lanes for entry and one lane for exit.

Residents who have paid their maintenance fees will be issued with access card.

Residents and visitors who do not have their access cards must register at our guard house before being allowed to enter our Taman.

With our new gated and guarded system implemented, property prices in our Tamanare expected to rise in the future.

Windows and door have been installed.

Very soon, the boom gates and CCTV cameras will be reinstalled.

The guard house is still being plastered today.

Still need to be painted first before the lights, CCTVs and boom gates to be installed, tested and commissioned.

Since last week, the new entrance guard house is being constructed.

The road inlet into our Taman has been widened into two lanes instead of one lane.

Once completed, residents will need to have access cards to open the ingress boom gate themselves.

Visitors and residents who have not paid their monthly maintenance fees will have to register their entries at the guard house before entry.

To exit, an automatic boom gate will be installed.

Drivers must slow down at the exit before the boom opens.

TSRA 6TH AGM ON SATURDAY, 14.9.2019

Our TSRA 6th. AGM will be held on this coming Saturday, 14.9.2019 at 10.00am.

All Taman Supreme residents are invited to attend this AGM.

After the AGM, TSRA will be holding our annual Talong  festival from 7.00 pm.
